Appendices
The Appendices allow for easy access to lengthy regulatory documents that are incorporated by reference into the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 15, Division 3. Because the documents are regulatory, any proposed changes to the documents are subject to the regulation revision process outlined in DOM, Chapter 1, Article 6.
Appendix A provides the current Authorized Personal Property Schedule (APPS) (Rev. 11/23), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The APPS was developed for the standardization of incarcerated person personal property throughout the State and establishes allowable personal property based upon the security levels and privilege groups of the incarcerated persons.
Appendix B provides the current Religious Personal Property Matrix (RPPM) (Rev. 11/23), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The RPPM was developed for the standardization of incarcerated person personal religious property throughout the State.
Appendix C provides the current Milestone Completion Credit Schedule (MCCS) (Rev. 01/26), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Subsection 3043(c). The MCCS lists the approved rehabilitative program performance milestones for which credit is awarded to an incarcerated person upon successful completion.
Appendix D provides the current Non Disciplinary Segregation (NDS) Personal Property Matrix (Rev. 8/14/13), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The NDS Personal Property Matrix was developed for the standardization of incarcerated person personal property for incarcerated persons who are in segregated housing for non-disciplinary reasons.
Appendix E provides the current Transgender Incarcerated Persons Authorized Personal Property Schedule (TIAPPS) (11/23), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The TIAPPS was developed for the standardization of incarcerated person personal property for transgender incarcerated persons and incarcerated persons with symptoms of gender dysphoria who are housed in designated institutions.
