As part of Suicide Prevention Week at Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF) staff are bringing awareness to suicide and suicide prevention by providing informational handouts from local mental health and suicide prevention agencies.
Staff also raised funds to help support those agencies. On Thursday, Sept. 10, staff held a day of remembrance which included presentations from the Warden, Chief of Mental Health, and Chaplains concluding with a dove release that will be live telecast to the inmate population.
