Capitol District parole celebrate with community

According to acting Parole Agent III Clint Cooley, Capitol District parole staff took time to celebrate with the community in three Halloween trunk-or-treat events.
During the Oct. 25 Elk Grove Hallo-Palooza Trunk-or-Treat, staff passed out goodies to families. The community event also featured costume contests, music, the UC Davis Marching Band, food vendors and carnival games.
The event was put on by the Elk Grove Police Department and Explore Elk Grove, the city’s official tourism marketing organization (learn more on their website).
