California Medical Facility (CMF) leadership attended the press event to mark a new youth club in Vacaville.
CMF acting Warden Sircoya Williams joined other community leaders for a press event marking a new youth club, part of the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club.
The location was purchased by the youth organization after they were able to raise $5.5 million. Construction on the new facility is set to begin this summer at 107 Peabody Road.
Local Boys and Girls Club CEO Anna Eaton announced the opening of the new clubhouse accompanied by board members, stakeholders, and local law enforcement. They said they share a vision for a safer community. The new clubhouse will help foster the next generation’s success, promoting programs to reduce juvenile delinquency. Williams’ presence at the press event underscores CMF’s commitment to local community development.
