13040.1 Policy

  • All records of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation) shall be safeguarded, maintained, and disclosed in compliance with the Government Code (GCGovernment Code) Sections 6250, 6275, 6276, et seq., Public Records Act (PRAPublic Records Act).
