  • A request to inspect a public record may be mailed, emailed, faxed, or personally delivered to any unit or office of CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, in writing or by completing CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Form 1432. Requests to inspect public records may also be submitted verbally in person or via telephone. To avoid a misunderstanding of the information requested, the receiver of the request should encourage the requester of a verbal request to submit the request in writing.
