  • The location of records that may be inspected under the PRAPublic Records Act is left to the discretion of the Agency Secretary; Undersecretary; Assistant Secretary; Director; Chief; Deputy Director; Warden; General Manager, CALPIACalifornia Prison Industry Authority (formerly PIA); PRAPublic Records Act Coordinator; and/or Field Office Supervisor.
