13040.5 Security of Records

  • When the public is inspecting any record, an employee who shall ensure the security and integrity of the record shall directly supervise the inspection. The removal of any document or the altering of any record during a public inspection is prohibited. Note taking shall be limited in accordance with the provisions of DOMDepartment Operations Manual Chapter 1, Article 15, Information Practices.
