13040.7.1 Responsibility of All Employees

  • All employees who are public liaisons shall be made aware of the procedures established for public inspection of CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation records through this Article. Employees shall be sensitive to any request from the public for the review of any records.
