13050.11 Communication Ground Rules

  • When resolving conflicts/issues during production, the PIOPublic Information Officer shall deal only with the pre-designated company representative (e.g., producer, director).

    • The PIOPublic Information Officer shall advise the predesignated company representative to communicate solely with the PIOPublic Information Officer’s office in all matters.

    • All previously arranged time frames, personnel, and production site(s), shall be adhered to.
