13050.8 Criminal History Check

  • The CDC shall run a criminal history request through CI&ICriminal Identification and Information and the FBIFederal Bureau of Investigation on all reporters and crew members to determine eligibility for access onto institution/facility grounds/security areas in accordance to the CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations 3173, 3176, and 3177, DOMDepartment Operations Manual 31070, and good sound judgment.
