14010.18 Civil Rights of Incarcerated Persons

  • Under federal statute, the U.S.United States AGAttorney General’s Office may investigate complaints that incarcerated persons are being deprived of their federal constitutional rights.
    If such an investigation is started based on an incarcerated person or supervised person complaint, an affected employee may request representation by the State AGAttorney General’s Office.

  • Request for representation shall be made in writing.
