14010.21.3 Non‑legal Documents

• The following are considered non-legal documents for the purpose of providing copy service to incarcerated persons:

  • Law book pages.

  • Law review articles.

  • Court transcripts.

  • Correspondence with attorneys or public officials, except as needed as an exhibit to a legal document.

  • Slip opinions, except as noted above.

• Incarcerated persons shall be charged for copies of these documents.
