14030.4 Polygraph Examiners and Equipment

  • Only staff of the OCSOffice of Correctional Safety shall conduct polygraph examinations. Only equipment approved by the Chief, OCSOffice of Correctional Safety, shall be used during a polygraph examination conducted by departmental staff.
