15090.2.7 SB/DVBE Program Advocacy

• The HRHuman Resources functions as the departmental advocate for SB and DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises by developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that are used statewide to achieve SB/DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises participation goals in contracting and procurement. The HRHuman Resources coordinates and monitors departmental efforts on a statewide basis and submits mandated reports on CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s participation levels and action plan to achieve SB/DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises participation goals.
