15090.2.8 Office of Departmental Training

• The Office of Departmental Training (ODT) is responsible for developing and delivering training programs in support of the CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and its staff. The ODT is also responsible for the overall management of the Department training program and ensuring that the Department’s training goals and objectives are met. The ODT carries out these responsibilities through the Training Academies Section, the Training Development and Support Section (TDSS), and the Business Support Section (BSS). The Training Academies and the BSS are located at the Richard A. McGee CTC.
