  • SAMState Administrative Manual 2601 through 2667 outlines procedures to be used by CHPCalifornia Highway Patrol when responding to emergency situations in state facilities. In geographical areas where services of CHPCalifornia Highway Patrol are not available, emergency action shall be coordinated with local law enforcement agencies.
