12030.2 Purpose

  • This section establishes guidelines for preparing the following types of correspondence:

    • Administrative reports.

    • Correspondence on behalf of the BPT or NAEANarcotic Addiction Evaluation Authority. Correspondence from the Department to BPT or NAEANarcotic Addiction Evaluation Authority.

    • Inmate correspondence.
