12030.6 Paroling Boards

  • Wardens and designated employees within facilities or headquarters shall communicate with the appropriate paroling board (BPT or the NAEANarcotic Addiction Evaluation Authority) regarding scheduling or other problems.

  • Proposed changes in policy, procedure, or practice of the Department which may affect a paroling board’s operations shall be coordinated by the following liaison persons:
