22030.6 Contract /Delegation Purchase Order

  • A Standard (STDStandard Form (DGS)) Form 65, Contract/Delegation Purchase Order, shall be used for the following:

    • Purchases from state contract vendors.

    • Purchases from state price schedule vendors.

    • Subpurchase order transactions.

    • Delegated purchase program transactions.
