22060.1 Policy

  • The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation) shall secure the services of private architectural, engineering, and other firms, as defined in Section 4525 (a) of the Government Code, on the basis of:

    • Demonstrated competence.

    • Professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the service required.
