22100.8 Procurement Services

  • All procurements made under the delegated purchase authority are exempt from DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises requirements.

  • Generally, all purchases which exceed the delegated purchase authority limit are processed by DGSDepartment of General Services, which has the responsibility for DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises compliance and reporting, unless otherwise directed by DGSDepartment of General Services.
