31140.29 Memoranda of Understanding

  • In addition to complying with the provisions of law and regulation, OIAOffice of Internal Affairs staff shall also adhere to conditions detailed in the various bargaining unit MOUMemorandum Of Understanding’s. All investigators shall be familiar with the employee investigation requirements of these agreements and their application to the investigation process.
