• Requests to confer administrative immunity during an investigation must be processed in accordance with the CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s Policy on Immunity during Internal Affairs Investigations. The policy may be obtained by contacting the OIAOffice of Internal Affairs.
