31140.4.14 Office of Civil Rights

  • The OCROffice of Civil Rights (see OIA) may initiate investigations when an employee files a complaint with the OCROffice of Civil Rights (see OIA) regarding discrimination, harassment, or EEOEqual Employment Opportunity Office (see Office of Internal Affairs) related retaliation. Following completion of OCROffice of Civil Rights (see OIA)’s evaluation, and if the OCROffice of Civil Rights (see OIA) determines that an OIAOffice of Internal Affairs investigation may be necessary, the OCROffice of Civil Rights (see OIA) shall forward a copy of the intake document and all related information to the OIAOffice of Internal Affairs for investigation consideration.
