31140.4.7 Senior Special Agent

  • Each Senior Special Agent shall be responsible for the following:

    • Assigning and supervising Internal Affairs investigations conducted by Special Agents or locally designated investigators;

    • Cooperating with and providing continual real-time consultation among OIAOffice of Internal Affairs, the Vertical Advocate for designated cases, and the BIR for cases the BIR is monitoring.
