31140.4.9 Central Intake Unit

  • The CIU, consisting of OIAOffice of Internal Affairs personnel, shall ensure all referred acts of employee misconduct are analyzed and presented to the CIP, and the CIP shall ensure that all referred acts of misconduct are evaluated consistently and assigned appropriately throughout the Department.
