31140.40 Investigative Report

  • All reports shall be submitted in the standard format provided by the OIAOffice of Internal Affairs beginning with a statement of the allegation or complaint, shall provide all relevant facts, and shall include the investigator’s signature. The report shall address material contradictions, but shall not include any conclusions regarding disposition of the investigation.
