31140.8 Required Training

• All Internal Affairs investigators shall complete investigation training and be certified as mandated by Penal Code Section 6126.1 and the OIAOffice of Internal Affairs Investigation Training Requirements. In addition, Internal Affairs investigators shall complete advanced investigative training as outlined in the OIAOffice of Internal Affairs Investigation Training Requirements.
