47050.8.3 Division of Adult Parole Operations

  • Division of Adult Parole Operations staff, including case-carrying agents, transportation staff, and appropriate community correctional facility staff, must be capable of routine and emergency communications with field offices and local and State public safety agencies. Each field agent shall be assigned a portable two-way radio, and/or a vehicle mounted radio as dictated by local needs.
