52030.3.18 Hazardous Waste

  • A waste as defined in Section 66261.3 of Title 22, CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations, Division 4.5. “Hazardous waste” includes acutely hazardous waste, extremely hazardous waste, non- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste, RCRA hazardous waste, special waste, and universal waste.
