52030.3.21 Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

  • A document which supplies information about a particular hazardous chemical or mixture, as required by prior regulation. Note: MSDSMaterial Safety Data Sheets use for received hazardous chemicals is allowed until June 1, 2015. Safety Data Sheets (DOMDepartment Operations Manual Section 52030.3.25) shall be exclusively used for hazardous chemicals received after June 1, 2015 MSDSMaterial Safety Data Sheets’s shall be retained for older hazardous chemical products.
