52090.20.1 Individual Fire Injury or Death

  • On fires where an inmate or employee is injured or dies as a result of the fire, or when the Fire Chief considers conditions related to a certain incident sufficiently unusual, a written report accompanied by appropriate photographs shall be completed and copies submitted to the SFMState Fire Marshall and the Assistant Deputy Director, Office of Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Central Office. In addition a copy of the written report shall be sent to the Division of Labor Statistics and Research, DIRDepartment of Industrial Relations.
