  • Successful completion of the Threat Liaison Officer Basic Course, hosted by the regional fusion center is a prerequisite for qualification as a TLO or a backup TLO.

  • After successfully completing the course, the TLO and the backup TLO, shall submit their certificate to the CIAU via m_ocs_ciau_intake@cdcr.ca.gov, for documentation purposes.

  • TLOs are encouraged to attend advanced TLO courses offered by their regional fusion center.
