53130.2 Purpose

  • This procedure defines criteria, staff/inmate responsibilities, and instructional information necessary for implementation of the departmental IW/TIP as provided for in PCPenal Code §§ 2933 and 2934. Each Warden and RPARegional Parole Administrator shall ensure administration of the Department’s inmate work/training programs in accordance with these standards and procedures.
