53130.6.2.1 Changing Privilege Groups

  • Permanent changes of inmate privilege groups shall be made by classification committee action.

  • Reduction/Suspension of Privilege

    • Privileges may be temporarily suspended or reduced by either classification committee action or as part of a disciplinary disposition as described in DOMDepartment Operations Manual § 53130.6.
