Article 42 – Visiting

All persons, their property or possessions, and/or vehicles when on institution/facility property are subject to inspection/search to the degree necessary to ensure institution/facility security and prevent the introduction of contraband.
Visitors shall not be forcibly searched unless institution/facility officials possess a court-issued warrant to conduct the search or the visitor is being detained for unlawful actions or activities in accordance with CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations Section 3292.
