54020.23 Rule Violations Related to Visiting

  • A Hearing Officer or Senior Hearing Officer may place limitations and restrictions on an inmate’s visits for specified periods of time when the inmate is found guilty of rules violations related to visiting, distribution/possession of controlled medications, or possession of contraband likely to have been introduced through visiting; ( i.e., money, jewelry), or by classification committee action in accordance with CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations Sections 3170.4(e) and 3315.
