54020.26 Visiting with More Than One Inmate

  • Except for visits with immediate family members as defined in Section 3000 of the Title 15, visiting with more than one inmate at the same time shall require the approval of the institution head or designee. Consistent with all other requirements specified in DOMDepartment Operations Manual 54026.10.1.

  • Visiting more than one inmate at the same time shall require that both inmates are approved to visit in the same visiting room and that either:

    • The visitor(s) has prior written approval from the institution/facility head or designee, or

    • The visitor(s) and inmates are immediate family members including registered domestic partner.
