  • Visitors who wish to discuss visiting-related issues are encouraged to contact the visiting supervisor for resolution. Interviews shall be conducted or scheduled at the earliest opportunity. Visitors and/or inmates may register complaints/appeals regarding visiting through procedures contained in CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations Section 3179 and DOMDepartment Operations Manual Chapter 5, Article 53.
