54020.8.1 Approval/Disapproval of Application to Visit

  • The authority to approve or disapprove a CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Form 106 shall not be delegated below the rank of correctional sergeant, parole agent II, or correctional counselor II. An application to visit may be disapproved in accordance with CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations Section 3172.1.
