54030.9.7 Clear Technology

  • Incarcerated persons ordering new or replacement appliances shall be required to purchase clear case appliances. Incarcerated persons currently possessing non-clear case appliances shall be allowed to keep those appliances until they are no longer functioning. Non-functioning, non-clear case appliances are considered contraband and shall be disposed of according to DOMDepartment Operations Manual Subsection 54030.11.2.
