54046.8.1 Single‑Cell Assignments in ASU or SHU

  • In cases where an inmate on single-cell status is being referred for transfer to the General Population, the ICCInstitution Classification Committee is required to address the removal or the retention of the single-cell status as part of the referral for transfer review. The committee shall document the specific reason(s) on a CDC Form 128-G supporting the removal or retention of the single-cell status.
