54060.13 Personal Cleanliness

• All incarcerated persons housed in a general population setting shall be afforded the opportunity to shower seven days a week if operationally feasible. During the shower schedule, only a facility manager, or their designee at a rank not lower than a lieutenant, shall deny a shower, and the reason for denying a shower shall be documented.
