51050.5 Revisions to PAS

  • When a revision to the PAS is warranted, a Staffing Adjustment Notice shall be distributed by PSUPsychiatric Services Unit identifying the changes.

  • If the revision includes budgeted post activation(s) or deactivation(s), a Form STDStandard Form (DGS). 607 shall be prepared and submitted by the institutions.
