51050.3.2 Food Service

  • A PAS for Food Services staff shall include all operational posts in the Food Services series within an institution, facility, work area, office, and other location(s) required to report operational posts on a PAS. The PAS shall reflect all operational posts in the following classifications: Correctional Food Manager, Assistant Correctional Food Manager, Supervising Correctional Cook, Correctional Supervising Cook, and any other classifications as required.
