51070.2 Purpose

  • The purpose of this Section is to outline the duties of all staff involved when a death, serious injury, or illness of an inmate/parolee occurs. For purposes of this Section, parolee is defined as: a parolee currently incarcerated in a CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation facility pending a revocation action by the Board of Parole Hearings, or in a CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation facility based substance abuse treatment program.
