When the medical procedures are completed for “medical and return” cases, the C&PRClassification & Parole Representative shall be notified. The C&PRClassification & Parole Representative shall review the case to ascertain if any medical, custodial or program considerations contraindicate the inmate’s return to the sending institution. If there are contraindications, or an alternate program/institution is deemed preferable, the C&PRClassification & Parole Representative shall refer the case to a classification committee. If no contraindications exist, the C&PRClassification & Parole Representative shall refer the case to the institution’s CCRMCorrectional Case Records Manager for return to the sending institution.
