  • DMHDepartment of Mental Health (see Department of State Hospitals DSH) provides inpatient services for inmates transferred from psychiatric programs at CMFCalifornia Medical Facility, CMCCalifornia Men's Colony, and CIWCalifornia Institution for Women to a state hospital pursuant to PCPenal Code 2684. These inmates shall be designated Category “I” during their state hospital placement.
