61030.3 Distribution

  • When completed, the original cumulative case summary shall be retained in the inmate’s C-File.

  • The inmate shall be provided a copy of the cumulative case summary, excluding the CI&ICriminal Identification and Information SSCHState Summary - Criminal History report and CDC Form 112, prior to initial classification.
